DrHealthy is a lifestyle and prevention programme, set up and medically supervised by medical specialists. By DrHealthy, 'we' or 'us' we mean the business behind this website. By you or participant we mean the person who uses our website or signs up for the programme. By the programme we mean the digital lifestyle coaching of DrHealthy, including the associated content, tools and personal guidance.
These terms apply to the use of this website and to every sign-up and participation in the programme. By signing up, you agree to these terms. Deviations apply only if we have agreed them with you in writing.
The programme is lifestyle coaching: a personal plan, structure around food and exercise, measuring and adjusting, and guidance. It is based on the science and is medically supervised.
Sign up through the registration page: choose your start day, enter your details and complete the one-off payment through Stripe. Completing the order creates an agreement for twelve months. The digital start route begins after payment; coaching follows from your chosen start day. If you prefer personal contact first, you can leave your email address without obligation. A contact request alone is not a purchase and does not commit you to payment.
Participation costs €499 as a one-off payment including VAT. There is no subscription and there are no hidden or recurring costs. Payment is made through Stripe’s secure payment page. The start route and selected start day are explained during registration.
Your participation is a one-off purchase of the full programme; there is no subscription and therefore no notice period. As a consumer, with a distance contract you have fourteen days to reconsider (right of withdrawal), counted from the conclusion of the agreement. If you want the programme to start within that period, we ask for your explicit consent in advance. If the service has been fully performed within the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal lapses; if you withdraw after partial performance, you pay proportionately for the part already delivered. You can withdraw by sending a message to info@drhealthy.nl; we will refund the remaining amount within fourteen days.
You use the programme for yourself and do not share your login details. You give us correct information where that is needed for your guidance, and you remain responsible for your own health decisions, in consultation with your doctor.
We compile our content with care, but cannot guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors at every moment. As far as legally permitted, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or the programme, except in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part. Nothing in these terms limits liability that may not legally be limited.
The content of DrHealthy (texts, design, tools and materials) belongs to DrHealthy or our licensors. You may use it for your own participation, but not copy, distribute or use it commercially without permission.
How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy. We only load analytics and marketing cookies after your consent.
Our content moves with the science: we revise our information when new, strong evidence appears. We may also amend these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
